When cooking always put the lids on pans as the food cooks quicker and uses less energy!
Also, collect rain water in tubs or buckets outside and use for watering plants, the birds
like to bathe in them too!

I use my Folgers coffee cans since they are plastic to store sugar, flour, meal, etc. and
I have provided all my family and neighbors with them to store bolts, screws, and such.
My dad uses them for fishing worms. They can also be used to put baked cookies in and stored
in freezer for about 6 months at a time.
