Contest Rules - How it Works

• The Contest Runs from October 15, 2007 to November 15, 2007

• The person with the most points wins an iPhone

• A second iPhone will be given away in a drawing, along with 4 MP3
  players and 8 CD players, for a total of 14 prizes.

• Each point is an entry into the drawing. The more points you have,
  the more likely you are to win.

• Points are awarded for posting offers, refering new members, and emailing invitations.

• Each reffered member will earn 10 points.

• Each invite earns 1 point. If the person joins FreeMesa,
  9 more points will be awarded for a total of 10.

• Each offer posted will earn 5 points.

• Get credit for refering friends from your website, blog, MySpace, etc here.

• For us to be able to award points, invitations must be sent from
  the standard invite or the import contacts pages.

• To keep offers legitimate, there will be a limit of 5 offers per
  user per day.

• Winners will be announced by November 20, 2007

Where did the prizes come from?

They were donated by some very generous organizations who wish to remain
anonamous. We are very grateful for their help.

How will the winners be announced?

They will be contacted directly, and there will be a list of the contest
results posted on the web page.

While an amazing piece of technology, the iPhone contract with AT&T is
expensive. How flexible are you with the prizes?

We can be quite flexible. If the winner would prefer, we would send them
the cash equivalent of the iPhone.

If I enter in my friends' emails, will you send them spam?

No, we will not. The only email your friends will get from us is the
invitation to join FreeMesa. If they do not join FreeMesa, then we
will not email them again.

The Import Contacts page asks for my Hotmail/MSN/Gmail/Yahoo password.
Is this stored in your system?

No, absolutely not. This page is to make it much easier to tell all of your friends
about FreeMesa in one go. However, we do not store this private information
anywhere in our system.

What happens in the event of a tie?

The person to get to first place first will win.
